Count of Four
(band) |
Count of Four is a young band (14 year olds) from Los Angeles that can really rock!!! These three boys all have musicians for fathers (Jan and Dean Band and Beach Boys, head of the music department at Hamilton High in Los Angeles, etc) and have been back stage, on stage and playing music since they could walk. This band has been together for almost three years now playing many shows at their school (Palms Middle School) plus playing at the Lighthouse, Rusty’s Surf Ranch, Colbalt Café, Kulak’s, Highland Grounds, etc. They play their own rockin originals, and they recently came in 3rd with all adult bands at the Smirnoff Battle of the Bands at Rusty’s Surf Ranch!
Their music reflects the skateboarding, surfing and body boarding lifestyle of the kids of today. They are one of the most popular young bands in the West Los Angeles area. Adults and kids both find them very entertaining—so amazing to see these young kids who can really rock!! They are also multi-instrumental, and switch around on their instruments. Check out this CD which is original music they recently recorded!!
